Because we are a small, independent publication, all purchases are considered final sale. Please review the details below:

Print Magazines

• All print magazines are final sale.

• We do not accept returns or offer refunds unless your item arrives damaged.

• If your magazine arrives damaged, please email us at hi@sexyplatesexyspace.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos. We will send a replacement as soon as possible.

Art Prints

• All art prints are made to order and are final sale.

• We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds unless your print arrives damaged.

• If your print is damaged in transit, email us at hi@sexyplatesexyspace.com within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage. We will replace it or work with you on a solution when possible.

Digital Magazines

• Digital purchases are non-refundable due to the nature of instantly delivered content.

• If you experience issues accessing your files, email us and we will ensure you receive them.

Preorders

• All preorders are final sale.

• Preorders help support production and printing, and we appreciate your support of independent publishing.

SHIPPING POLICY

We ship both within the United States and internationally.

Processing & Fulfillment

• Orders of in-stock items typically ship within 3–5 business days unless otherwise noted.

• Preorders: Preordered magazines ship after production is completed and printed copies are in hand. Estimated timelines will be communicated on the product page and via email.

United States Shipping

• Standard shipping rates apply at checkout.

• Subscribers receive free U.S. shipping on eligible subscription orders.

International Shipping

• International customers pay actual carrier rates at checkout.

• A flat international surcharge may apply for subscription orders.

• Customs, duties, or import taxes are not collected by SPSS at checkout and may be charged by your local customs office upon delivery. These fees are the responsibility of the customer.

Tracking

• All print orders include tracking when available.

• Digital orders are delivered instantly via email and do not require shipping.
